Etrade from Morgan stanley is not pulling 1099 on Turbo tax desktop MAC version

I'm using a TurboTax Business software on Mac. I tried to import from E*trade from Morgan Stanley using my regular login name, password+security code. It doesn't work! I tried many times. I can easily import from Charles Schwab or other brokerage firm. Is there any solution? This is the first year I am using Mac desktop and in the past i used windows turbo desktop and never had this problem. Can someone help here?
