Estimated tax vouchers

All of my income is either interest/capital gains/dividends or from a K-1. I had NO taxes withheld as I am retired. Also not drawing social security yet. I made estimated tax payments during 2023 that turned out to be more than required in Georgia because I turned 62 during 2023 and became eligible for the retirement income exclusion. Even after the exclusion, I still have taxable income in Georgia, so I will still need to make estimated payment in 2024. But because I am getting a refund, TurboTax isn't calculating estimated taxes or printing vouchers.  Is there any way to "force" TurboTax to do this based on my total tax liability for 2023 or am I stuck doing it manually?

Estimated tax vouchers

No, if you don't owe tax, TurboTax won't print Estimated Tax Vouchers for you.

You can access Estimated Tax Payments at the Georgia Dept. of Revenue website, where you can print estimated tax vouchers or sign up to pay electronically.
