Will someone please report to the TurboTax programmers that the Document Import process (under the Personal Income section) does not work correctly and NEEDS TO BE FIXED!? I have two 1099-INTs from a major national bank, one for a savings account and one for a CD. When I attempt the document import process from this major national bank, it imports the 1099-INT for the savings account, but not the one for the CD. I tried it several times and it would only retrieve the one but not the other. Luckily I was aware that I had more than one, so was able to enter the second one myself. But anyone unaware of this flaw would be subject to audits, fines, and potential jail time for not reporting income. Are they aware of this problem? Can they get it fixed before next year?
