Error Entering Stock Sales Manually

Entered a stock sale (long term, capital gain, etc.). Needed to delete it.  Couldn’t find a way via Easy Step.  Had to go to form and delete.  Still have an erroneous (all fields empty) and two "Needs Review” messages to right of entry.  No checkbox or other option to delete.

The trashcan  icon can be used both online and In the desktop program, Each stock will show as a separate entry and you can click the trashcan icon. Here is a screenshot from my desktop program.
