Entering item for sale of long-term noncovered security from Form 1099-B

I am entering the information for the above, and the appropriate response is 'No Entry.' When I try to enter this information into the box, it will not accept it. How do I handle this situation?

If your broker's statement doesn't have the 4 pieces of information needed you must provide it yourself ... must have items are ...

Date Purchased,  Date Sold,  Sale price ,  Purchase price.
