Apparently the problem only occurs when you select "Walk me through everything" under Wages & Income. You should be able to avoid the problem by clicking "I'll choose what I work on" instead, then go directly to the specific income topics that you need.

Thank you, yes I picked “walk me through everything”. After entering the first 1099-B, TurboTax would gone into a loop and never exited that section. While still in a loop, I clicked a different tab section just to get out. I returned back to the 1099 section and I was able to “Update” the entry and then complete that section without the loop issue.
