So I was doing my taxes several months back, and thought I was done. However, once I paid, I got a notification that there was an issue with my return, so I ended up having trouble proceeding to the next step. So I was fiddling around a bit, and I ended up putting a number lower than what was initially in there. For some reason, the previously auto filled number was not letting me proceed. Once I put in my lower number during the fiddling, the form closed, and did not give me a way to make any changes. So now, I can't even access the form to find out what number box I put the incorrect number in, and have been trying to figure this out for the last couple of months. I went from getting a decent refund, to now being projected to owe, all due to this error. Is there anyway I can go back and fix this? (I had already paid, and after that is when the interface told me that my number for that particular box could not be higher than a certain number. I tried to restart my taxes, but apparently I can't restart them after paying). Thank you, and if you are reading this, have a great day!
