I am an employee from a company and also my wife and I have a LLC.

Which turbotax I must purchase?

For online software, you must use "Self Employed".

With desktop (download or CD), any version will work, including Basic.  Deluxe or higher comes with one free state

Depends on where you live and if this business must be treated as a partnership ... what form did you file for this jointly owned business last year ?   A  1065  or a Sch C ?
