E file fails on 2024 desk top

Last step for E file not work for my 2024 desktop software. Error code said need update, checked online buttom, no new updated need. 

Manually did a updated, but still not work.

Any other way can fix this problem?

Try the following and see if that allows you to e-file:

1. Turn off any pop-up blockers.
2. Try using a different web browser. For example, if you're using Chrome, try using Firefox or Safari instead.
3. Delete your browser cookies.
