did you read the 8910 instructions https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i8910.pdf

The alternative motor vehicle credit expired for vehicles purchased after 2021.

are you sure yours uses a fuel cell (hydrogen) and is not a plug-in which uses form 8936
