Downloading Turbo Tax 2020 Premier to second computer

I am trying to download turbo tax 2020 onto a second computer. When I go to my account I don’t see the download for Turbo Tax Premier 2020. I see 2019and 2020 States I have downloaded. When follow instructions and request download with license code provided an error message indicating “license code already associated with account. Check account and look for it to be downloaded. 
I am in my account, no software to download but can’t use my license code to download to second computer. Anyone have same issue and Resolved?

I just experienced the same issue. Have you found a resolution to the issue?

I ended up calling Turbo tax help desk and learned that I had multiple accounts. Once I confirmed the account I purchased turbo tax with, I was able to download software to my son’s computer.
