Downloading from Financial Institutions

After downloading investment information from financial institutions.  Turbotax says documents received, return to Turbotax.  But when I return to Turbo tax no imported info shows up.

Some customers will need to allow the Intuit site permission to access your local network. If you have already denied permission, you will need to reset it.  

In Chrome on Windows you can do this by clicking on the View Site Information icon to the left of the address bar. Turn on Local Network Access.
