When data seems to be 'hung up' in TurboTax, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies, then return to the Investment section.
This can happen when importing data from outside sources.
You can also type in the name of your financial institution in the search bar, rather than click on the icon.

Finally got an error message indicating a "Data1.cab" error. Through the community discussion route, apparently others have had similiar issues.
Re the TT's suggetions, I did clear cache and cookies, and when attempting to type in the name of the financial institute, the program defaults to the closest spelling, not allowing a full entry of any other name.
Awaiting a software patch from TT to address this issue!
