Unfortunately, you cannot complete a joint income tax return or married filing separately income tax return without your spouses SSN.

why don't you have her SSN? is she not a US citizen or are you both US citizens married, but now separated?

If you were married on December 31, 2020, you can file either:

• married filing jointly; or
• married filing separately.

For both situations, you need to include your spouse's SSN.  If your spouse has lost their Social Security card, they can contact the Social Security Administration for a replacement.  You can request the card online on their website by clicking on this link:  Request Card
