Probably not. There is a tax summary shown to you on the screen after you have entered all the information for both your Federal and State tax returns.
You will need to choose how to receive your refunds or pay your tax bill, enter information about your Driver's license or photo ID, choose how to pay for TurboTax (if applicable), and other input screens before you actually file your return. You will also see a large orange box that you will click to actually file the return. Once you click that box, you have filed.
