Does Turbotax Deluxe support reporting real estate investment income? I cannot find an option to do this in the Deluxe edition.

Yes, in TurboTax CD/download you can enter REIT dividends which are generally included in Box 5 on a 1099-DIV. Moreover, REIT dividends are eligible for the qualified income business deduction, and TurboTax Deluxe CD/download supports Form 8995, Qualified Business Income Deduction.

TurboTax Deluxe online does not support REIT dividends. In the online versions of TurboTax, you will need to upgrade to TurboTax Premier in order to enter your REIT dividends.
