Does the turbotax support have an email to communicate with?

upon signing in Turbotax is requiring SMS message verification on top of the email verification. I am abroad and every sms message is costing me at least $10. What is the alternative to avoid the sms verification?

Please try the suggestion here in this thread. It is instructions to change to SMS, but this should walk you through how to deactivate 2 Factor Authentification.
