Does the payment still go through if I find out later that the return was rejected?

I filed and paid today from my checking account using TurboTax, but then got a text message that the returns were rejected. Will the payment still go through? It doesn't show in my account yet.

No, if your return hasn't been Accepted yet, the charge for TurboTax will not be processed.

If you fix the error and re-file and it is Accepted, then your account will be charged.

What do I do if I don't have a 1099 I got a few payments from social security but I am paying them back now so I guessing really didn't get money from them right?
