Does OR Non resident have to report W-2G. I won 2000.

 Provided the money was won in a tribal game center, you will not have to file.

This what Oregon says:

Nonresidents (Form OR-40-N). You are taxed on income from Oregon sources. This includes income shown on your federal return from Oregon wages or Oregon fees or for services performed in Oregon

Income not considered from Oregon sources includes:

• Winnings of a nonresident from tribal gaming centers in Oregon.
