Does it matter if i file this years taxes with a different account?

i lost access to my old accounts phone number and email so i created a new account and now don't have access to last years taxes

It is better to put your new phone number on your old account so you have access to previous years. Do that by submitting account recovery request and provide a copy of your drivers license.  It is normally 24 hour to process the request
