Does Intuit send in the extension payment even if the extension was rejected there is no orange fix it in my email and i authorized a payment to the IRS was it sent?

No, if your extension was rejected, then your payment was not received by the IRS.  You are given a five day grace period when your return rejects. You should print and mail your Extension by April 20, 2019 with your payment, so it is considered to be filed on time.
