Does form 4626... I have a year end date of 6/30. What period should be used on the for 4626 in column a, b, and c?

And, for tax period ending 6/30/24, what are the preceding year endings for each column? Do I go back to 6/30/23, 22 ad 21 or 24, 23,22? Is this column for my year or the 12/31 YE?
