It continues to tell me to do something that is NOT on my computer screen? I PAID you for this program!
I SEE NO TOOLS so I CAN NOT DELETE A FORM THAT I NEVER STARTED.. so I CAN NOT FINISH

There is no AI.   Everyone that answer questions here is a human, but most are volunteers and NOT employees.
