no, they do not need to match!  and certainly if you put the extra withholding on Line 4c on EACH W-4, then ALL THREE Employers are going to withhold that extra amount.  Is that what you want to occur?

No, I don't want that extra amount withheld from all three paychecks. So, that amount just goes to my highest paying job and on the other two jobs/W-4s I only complete Steps 1 & 5?

did you use the IRS Withholding Estimator? it is really effective for situations such as yours'.
