Form 8959 is Additional Medicare Tax. Do you mean IRS form 8949 Sales and Other Dispositions of Capital Assets?

What form will the return of capital take? If the transaction is reported on an IRS form 1099-B, the transaction may also be reported on IRS Schedule D and IRS Schedule 8949.

TurboTax Online Premium will be required to report these forms.

Is this an error? I completed an amended return for Tax Year 2021 using TurboTax online. I received a rejection but it mentions "open your *2023* amended tax return."
