Do i need to tell turbo tax if filing married on husbands return this year?

both of us have turbo tax accounts but I am filing jointly on his this year

Then the two of you will only file one single joint return for 2016, and that's it. Note that you can only import from ONE return. Either your 2015 return, or his 2015 return. It doesn't matter which. But you can only import from ONE, and that's it.
