Do.i need to report dividends separately by company?

I received dividends from different companies on Robinhood. Can I report the sum total of all the dividends all in one entry on 1040? 

If so what should I put for the payer field on the form?

There should be a total given ... that is all you need to enter... and use the broker's name.
