Do I have to split my underpayment penalty between NY State and NYC, or can I just pay the penalty to NY State?

I'm having troulbe trying to figure out the exact amount I will owe NY State and NYC for 2024, so can I just make a single estimated payment to NY State of the total amount 'due' on the IT-201 per turbotax? If I do so, will NY State allocate whatever that portion of the total combined amount due to NY State and NYC on the IT-201 to NYC, or do I have to make two separate estimated payments, one to NY State and one to NYC (which will be a pain to figure out)?
