Do I have to pay estimated taxes if I changed my tax withholdings and will not owe as much next year?

I owed a lot in taxes this year do to an error in tax withholdings  on my w2. I have since changed the withholding amount and will just about break even next year. Do i still have to pay my estimated taxes this year?
