Disposal of vehicle

On 12/31/2020, I returned my vehicle back to the finance company because during the pandemic, they kept adding the note to the back of the loan, which ended up costing more than what I originally paid for the car. First question is should I wait until next year to report the vehicle disposal. I used it for business and personal use since 8/2018. In this case Turbox tax is not allowing me to more forward without an expert. I've paid for that service. 

Second question, If I use the disposal date of 12/31/2020, the system thinks I sold it or gave it away. Then should the AMT be zero (0)? Please advise!
