Didn't use TurboTax for last 2 years of filing. Done by 3rd party and no way to upload the data to Turbo Tax. What is the best way to transition back? Start from scratch?

I used Turbo Tax last for 2021.

If the third party did not use TurboTax, starting from scratch is the only way to go back to TurboTax.
