Did I just pay for TurboTax twice?

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years. So I bought a copy for 2019 from Amazon, Installed it and had to put in a code, that was new this year, but OK. I was doing my taxes when I went to the state section I wanted me to pay. I stupidly assumed I wanted me to pay for state e-file, typical right? Well, I am doing my state info entry I got an e-mail receipt for TURBOTAX CO TAX YEAR 2019 WIN DOWNLOAD what happened? Did I screw up? What is the point of buying it and entering a code if it's going to charge me again? Can I cancel this payment? Will I be asked to pay to E-file my state? This is not cool. How do I cancel the online charge, who do I talk to about this and why did it want me to pay when I all ready did and proved it with my code?
