Desktop 2023, tax withholding by quarter dates - mismatch between step by step and form?

I noticed this year (using TurboTax Home and Business, Desktop 2023) that when annualizing income and allocating quarterly withholding to determine the underpayment of estimated tax penalty, the second quarter in the step by step view is displayed as 4/15/2023 - 7/15/2023. However, in Form 2210 (both official and in TurboTax's Form 2210 view), it is 4/15/2023 - 6/15/2023, which lines up with the timeline of the standard estimated tax quarterly payments.

The July date in the step by step view is incorrect, isn't it? Seems like it should be June.

Desktop 2023, tax withholding by quarter dates - mismatch between step by step and form?

I did a mock return in TurboTax Home & Business and I could not replicate a step-by-step screen in which the second quarter was displayed as 4/15/2023 - 7/15/2023. Can you please post a screenshot with any personal information redacted ?
