I have a consulting business and have filed using Turbo Tax in the past several years. I still have the consulting business but am now also employed by a university. I purchased a new laptop for work. I had more income from the university than my consulting. How and where in Turbo Tax should I enter the computer for the best deduction? The computer was less than $2,500.

You can’t deduct the computer as an employee. You would deduct the percentage use for your business.
