Deducting Medicare AND Cov CA for Self-Employed Health Insurance

Hi All,

2024 I was 3 months on Cov CA and 9 months on Medicare. Additionally, 2023 tax year I had to reimburse some APTC, which I paid in April 2024 (2023 tax return). Because that payment was actually part of the cost of my HI, I should be able to deduct it this year (That was what i was told by this community because the repayment made in 2024).

How would this work in terms of entering it on Turbo Tax?  To recap: Wanting to know how to deduct total 2024 premium costs of 3 months CovCA + 9 months Medicare + $1000 repayment APTC in April? (self-employed, therefore, health insurance premiums are 100% deductible).
