Declared Income I Shouldn't have

Hi ~~ I believe I declared divorce settlement pension income in the past 2 or 3 years; I've learned today that the income was not considered income. I filed these previous returns with Turbo Tax. Can I file amended returns?

You should ensure that the amounts that you received are not taxable based upon accurate information. Assuming that this information is correct and in response to your question, you can amend tax returns for tax years 2019, 2020, and 2021. However, you will have to amend the 2019 tax return prior to April 15, 2023.
