Called Turbotax twice. Was on hold for 4 hours (2 hours each call).  When they finally answered I disputed the fact that they took money out of my account to pay the IRS without my authorization. When they could not reverse the charges they abruptly hung up on me twice. I will  never use them again and in fact I am going to cancel my payment to Turbotax for the software.
