Covid-19 grant from wisconsin

Wisconsin Tax Bulletin 212 indicates grants to small business received from WEDC during and related to Covid-19 pandemic is exempt from Wisconsin Income. I could not find in Turbo Tax software where to enter them as deduction. I found the PPP loan forgiveness and EIDL grant as addition but not this. Please help! Ed
