My spouse was added as a dependent in my HDHP insurance in year 2023. She had a HSA from past and has not contribute anything in year 2023. For the following question for my spouse HSA:

Would the answer be "YES" or "NO" given she is added as dependent on my HDHP?

Where do I add the IP Pin for my dependent? I added his SSN but I keep getting a reject because they want his IP Pin? I have it but do not know where to include it.
