Corrected W-2

How do I amend my return for 2021. My Spouse's employer gave a corrected W-2 for 2021 after she returned retention bonus of 30,000 when she joined a new company.

The amended W2 only has these fields

Box 5-Previously reported Medicare Wages- $257k

Correct information - $227k

Box 6-Previously reported Medicare Tax Withheld- $4247

Correct information- $3542

When I update these fields there is no amount shown as refund. Should I be editing other fields when filing the 1040X.

I didnt receive any information on state tax so I am not sure what to amend there.

Could you please guide me on how to file this amended Tax return for 2021? Thanks

I don't believe you're going to see a change in the figure to which you are referring.
