Correct way to submit tax forms

I'm a non-us resident and a foreigner, I'm planning to setup a single member LLC in the Wyoming state. My questions are,

1. I pay tax in my local country, is ITIN required to submit any form of tax?

2. What company affairs is tax related and required to do every year?
