ComputerShare imports needed changes

Tell me why I should continue to use this software when you imports from Computershare don't work ? They don't have a Control # and I believe in the past you used regular userid/pwds to fine the infomation and import it ? Worst case let us import the PDF files we can download manually.. This needs a resolutions ASAP
