Colorado calculation of AMT Apportionment Percentage

I had property that I sold in Colorado being california resident.
It says Part year Colorado residents and nonresidents who are subject to Federal AMT may be subject to Colorado AMT. To calculate
the colorado portion of your federal anterantive minimum taxable income adjust the amounts in teh Colorado column or enter zero if none

I already see values there with note on bottom

Note: We have calculated values bassed on what you already have entered for Colorado taxable income.

Colorado calculation of AMT Apportionment Percentage

Assuming all of the information was already entered in your tax program for the property being sold for your federal and nonresident Colorado return, you should be fine clicking continue.

Colorado typically follows the same treatment as federal for purposes of calculating your state alternative minimum tax (AMT).  Please see this link for more details as well as a breakdown of what is included in the AMT calculation for Colorado.
