CO. Tax

I made a mistake on my Co. Tax Returns. I did not mark the Tabor Refund correctly.

How do I correct this.

If your original return has already been processed, and CO did not include your TABOR refund, you can file an amended return. Follow the instructions here to amend your tax return. The TABOR credit questions are at the end of the Colorado state interview. The question will ask about the CO Sales Tax Refund - you have to answer a question about incarceration before the credit is applied. See Other Options on CO Dept of Revenue.
