Check e-file status says returns accepted, e-mail from turbo tax says rejected twice after resubmitting. How do I know what the true status of the returns is?

How about someone calling me, if I need to submit by mail how do I get the turbo tax charges reversed?

If your status is showing as accepted at the link below, then I would rely on this information:

Also, you can check on the status of your refunds by using the links at the website below: 

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/wheres-my-refund/

As long as your Federal and State returns are shown on the sites above as accepted and are processing, then you have successfully filed and there is no further action for you to take at this point.
