Changing from TurboTax freedom to TurboTax Deluxe there is no menu button to change to Deluxe I'm getting frustrated

I've been trying to change from TurboTax freedom to TurboTax Deluxe I cleared and started over and it still keeps bringing me back to TurboTax freedom pissed off now and there is no menu to upgrade I don't see it at all

Jason did a great job looking for a solution for me.  Thanks to him and Turbortax!  Jason deserves a hearty "Well done" for researching this issue for me!  If it were up to me, I would also give him a raise and make him King for a Day! 

It's too bad a solution wasn't to be had, but we did the best we could and found all that we can.  That's all anyone can expect!
