Changes after rejection

Both my federal and state tax returns got rejected with Reject Code F8960-019-04. After researching, I realized that this is a known issue and I have to wait until the IRS to correct it before I e-file again.

In the meantime, I received another tax form which I was not aware before. If I enter it into my return, both my federal and state numbers change. Which of the following should I do?

1. I enter it now and refile with different numbers comparing to the first time I submitted my returns.

2. I refile the exact the same returns as how I filed first time and file amend return later.

Thanks!
