Cannot split the (passive) income by source or do GA itemized deduction for part-year GA state tax

I have finished my federal tax with Turbotax. When I move to state tax, I indicate that I will file part-year resident tax for GA. My understanding is that I should allocate my capital gain/loss, dividends, and interests to taxable GA income based on the date I received it and check whether I was a resident of GA during that time.

I got only options to use income or time ratio to divide those incomes. Is something wrong? I think I should and prefer to allocate by actual dates when I receive those passive incomes (i.e. dates based on forms 1099-B and saving account statements).

Also, when it comes to GA itemized deduction (I did Federal itemized deduction), I want to do GA itemized which is the actual deduction while I was a GA resident, not time or income ratio. This is allowed as option 4 in https://dor.georgia.gov/document/document/schedule-3-calculation-option/download (example: https://dor.georgia.gov/document/document/schedule-3-examples/download). However, it does not allow me to pick between these options but only time or income ratio. Is there anyway for me to do this option?

Thank you in advance.
