Cannot purchase state download - where are buttons on billing address screen?

The billing address screen is larger than my monitor space, I cannot find scroll bars, Ctrl- does not decrease size, Tab goes to privacy but I don't know what comes next.

OK, finally figured out that it is not accepting my monitor display settings for the size of text, apps, and other items. When I changed to the recommended settings (which I have trouble reading) I WAS able to make the purchase. (Not very handicap friendly.)

Contact the Turbo Tax support department, they will send you your state download. The fee is the same.
