Cannot open link for turbo tax from costco. Continual error code from installar. error code VCRUNTIME140ll

Hitting run from link,I am asked if changes can be made to computer. I answer yes.  error message shows up in box VCRUNTIME140.dll   Will not start dodwnload. have repeated process same results.

Intuit failed to include the necessary x86 version of the Visual C++ Redistributable package in the installation.  You can obtain and install it directly from Microsoft:
